Hours of operation are:
Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 8pm
Sunday - 9pm - 6pm
Monday - 11am - 4pm

GIFT CARDS
Looking for the perfect gift? Gift cards are available for purchase for both spa treatments and products . Gift cards are non-refundable. Please inquire at the check-in desk.

CHECKING IN
For your enhanced relaxation, please make sure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Check in at the reception desk; our coordinators will give you a brief orientation of the spa for your full enjoyment. When receiving multiple treatments, the following are available to complete your spa experience: Spa robe, slippers, use of lockers, and quiet room.

WHAT NOT TO BRING
Please leave all cell phones and pagers at home or turned off. Leave all valuables at home. The Palms is not responsible for any articles lost or stolen.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The services and times you have selected will be reserved for you. A 24-hour notice is required when rescheduling or canceling. If appointments are not cancelled without the 24-hour notice and cannot be rebooked, all of the reserved services will be charged.

MEDICAL
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment. Please seek advise from your doctor prior to your appointment. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.
